Ingredients
- 5 teaspoons spice mixture, (composition see below)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 bunch chives
- 0.5 ½ bunch coriander greens
- 1 bunch spring onion (s)
- 1 piece (s) red pepper (s)
- 1 piece (s) chilli pepper (s), red
- 1 pinch (s) salt and pepper, black
- Spice mix:
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon ginger powder
- 1 tablespoon allspice
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tablespoon coriander, ground
- 1 pinch nutmeg

- Chop the chives, coriander, bell pepper, chilli pepper and spring onions into small pieces.
- Stir the sour cream until smooth and mix with 5 teaspoons of the spice mixture. Then fold in the chopped vegetables and let them steep in the refrigerator.
- You can use this hearty dip as you like, e.g., with jacket potatoes or grilled.
- Store the remaining spice mixture in the closed jar in the refrigerator
