Pea Tart with Chives
Instructions
- For the base, knead the flour, water, a pinch of salt and butter. Chill for 30 minutes.
- For the topping, peel and dice the onions and garlic. Braise in oil. Let cool down.
- Wash the chives dry and cut into small rolls. Mix with the peas.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top / bottom heat. Grease a tart pan.
- Roll out the dough, place it in the form and pull up the edges. Spread the onion and garlic mixture on the bottom, then pour the peas on top.
- For the topping, whisk the eggs with the cream. Salt and pepper, stir in the cheese and pour everything over the peas.
- Bake in the hot oven for about 40 minutes.
