Instructions

  1. Put the butter in the pan and let it melt. Add the flour, stir and stir in the chicken stock with a whisk. Add the peas and bring to the boil. Simmer until the peas are cooked through (approx. 15 minutes). If there is not enough liquid, you can add a little more chicken broth.
