Instructions

  1. Drain the peaches, brown the flaked almonds lightly in a pan without fat, beat the egg whites very stiffly and drizzle in the powdered sugar.
  2. Using a piping bag, squirt the egg whites onto the drained peach halves and place on a brook tray, top with the lightly browned almond flakes and bake for about 10-20 minutes.
