Instructions

  1. Mix the butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and salt, gradually adding in the eggs. Mix the flour, baking powder and almonds separately in a bowl and add to the egg mixture.
  2. Spread the dough on a baking sheet, distribute the drained peach slices on top and bake on the middle shelf in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
