Beat the cream in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until it is nice and creamy. In another bowl, mix the quark with approx. 2 - 3 tablespoons of milk. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and fold in the cream. Stir everything carefully and not too long.
Puree the peaches (blender or hand blender) and add 2 - 3 tablespoons of the peach juice. Toast the almond flakes in a pan (without oil) with a little sugar until they are golden yellow.
Now alternately layer quark cream, peach cream and flaked almonds in 4 glasses.
