Ingredients

  • 200 g whipped cream
  • 500 g low-fat quark
  • 3 tablespoon milk
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar or vanilla sugar
  • 75 grams sugar
  • 1 can peach (s), drained, catch the juice
  • 1 packet almond flakes
  • some sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer for 2 minutes until it is nice and creamy. In another bowl, mix the quark with approx. 2 - 3 tablespoons of milk. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and fold in the cream. Stir everything carefully and not too long.
  2. Puree the peaches (blender or hand blender) and add 2 - 3 tablespoons of the peach juice. Toast the almond flakes in a pan (without oil) with a little sugar until they are golden yellow.
  3. Now alternately layer quark cream, peach cream and flaked almonds in 4 glasses.
