Instructions

1. Mix the quark, yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl. Cut the peach halves into small cubes, add to the quark dish and fold in slightly. Spread the cream on 4 bowls and decorate with colored caster sugar or chocolate sprinkles.
