  1. Wash peaches, peel, and cut into cubes.

  2. Add sugar.
  3. Pour in water.
  4. Stir well and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Take some syrup and pour gelatin over it. Leave for 10 minutes to swell the gelatin.
  6. Grind the hot peach mass in mashed potatoes with a blender.
  7. Pour in the swollen gelatinous mass. Stir well. If the gelatin does not dissolve, then you can slightly warm the mass over low heat, without bringing it to a boil.
  8. Pour the peach jelly into vases or bowls. When the mass has cooled to room temperature, refrigerate until it cools completely.
  9. In a few hours, the peach jelly is ready!
