Stir well and put on fire. Bring to a boil and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Take some syrup and pour gelatin over it. Leave for 10 minutes to swell the gelatin.
Grind the hot peach mass in mashed potatoes with a blender.
Pour in the swollen gelatinous mass. Stir well. If the gelatin does not dissolve, then you can slightly warm the mass over low heat, without bringing it to a boil.
Pour the peach jelly into vases or bowls. When the mass has cooled to room temperature, refrigerate until it cools completely.
