Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over the peach, peel off the skin, core and finely chop. Wash the dill, pat dry and also finely chop it. Briefly toast the sesame seeds in a pan.
  2. Mix all ingredients together and season with salt.
  3. The peach and mustard dip goes wonderfully with raclette, fondue, grilled vegetables, rice dishes, etc.
