Line a baking sheet with baking paper and distribute the dough evenly on it (don`t be alarmed, it doesn`t look much, but the dough will still rise). Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 15/20 minutes until golden brown and then allow to cool.

Beat the whipped cream with the cream stiffener and spread it on the base. Slice the peaches and place them in rows on top of the whipped cream.
Mix the passion fruit juice with the vanilla sauce until it is a little firm (depending on the feeling, a little more juice or powder) and then spread it on the peaches.
The cake can then be consumed immediately. Otherwise please store in a cool place.
