- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 4 packs pudding powder, vanilla
- 0.5 ½ pack baking powder
- 2 cans peach (s)
- 3 cups whipped cream
- 3 packs cream stabilizer
- 0.38 liters passion fruit juice
- 2 packs powdered sauce, vanilla

- Dough:
- Mix the eggs and sugar while slowly adding the oil. Then add the vanilla pudding and baking powder and beat everything until frothy.
- Line a baking sheet with baking paper and distribute the dough evenly on it (don`t be alarmed, it doesn`t look much, but the dough will still rise). Bake in a preheated oven at 175 ° C top / bottom heat for approx. 15/20 minutes until golden brown and then allow to cool.
- Covering:
- Beat the whipped cream with the cream stiffener and spread it on the base. Slice the peaches and place them in rows on top of the whipped cream.
- Mix the passion fruit juice with the vanilla sauce until it is a little firm (depending on the feeling, a little more juice or powder) and then spread it on the peaches.
- The cake can then be consumed immediately. Otherwise please store in a cool place.
