2. Mix the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until frothy and add the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add gradually.
3. Place the batter on a greased baking sheet and cover with the drained, sliced peaches.
4. Knead crumble from butter, sugar and flour and pour over.
