Ingredients
For the dough:
- 210 g butter
- 210 g suar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 2 packs vanilla sugar
- 4 egg (s)
- 300 grams flour
- 0.75 ¾ pack baking powder
For covering:
- 2 cans peach (s)
- 250 g butter
- 150 grams sugar
- 300 grams flour
- 200 g powdered suar
- Lemon juice

- Dough:
- Mix the butter, sugar, salt and vanilla sugar until frothy and add the eggs one by one. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add gradually.
- Place the batter on a greased baking sheet and cover with the drained, sliced peaches.
- Knead crumble from butter, sugar and flour and pour over.
- Bake at 190 ° top and bottom heat for approx. 25 minutes (stick test !!!)
- Make a frosting from the powdered sugar and lemon juice and coat the cake with it while it is still warm.
