Ingredients
- 300 grams flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g suar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 150 g quark
- 6 tablespoon oil
- 6 tablespoon milk
- 1 pinch (s) salt
For covering:
- 100 g quark
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g cream
- 3 egg (s)
- 100 g suar
- 1 large can (s) peach (s), drained well, in wedges

- Work the flour, baking powder, sugar, vanilla sugar, quark, milk, oil and salt into a dough and spread on a baking sheet. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper beforehand. Spread the peaches evenly on the dough.
- Beat the remaining ingredients for the topping with the mixer and pour over the peaches.
- Bake the whole thing with top and bottom heat at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
