- 120 g butter
- liter ⅛ milk
- 150 grams flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 8 large apples
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 75 g almond (s) (almond flakes)

- Mix the sugar with the eggs until frothy. Bring the butter and milk to the boil and fold into the custard while hot. Then gradually fold in the flour and baking powder. Then spread the mixture on a prepared baking sheet.
- Wash or peel the apples. Cut into thin slices or pieces and spread on the dough. Mix the sugar, cinnamon and flaked almonds and distribute evenly over the top.
- Bake the whole thing in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 30 minutes.
