Ingredients
For the dough:
- 50 g butter
- 75 grams sugar
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- 2 egg (s)
- salt
- 125 g flour
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ baking powder
For covering:
- 450 g peach (s), steamed
- 75 g flour
- 40 g suar
- 0.5 ½ pack vanilla sugar
- 50 g butter
For the cast:
- 50 g powdered suar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- Grease the muffin pan well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs or put paper cases in it.
- For the dough, stir the butter until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar, eggs and salt. Sift the flour with the baking powder, stir in a tablespoon at a time. Pour the batter into the molds.
- For the topping, drain the peaches, cut them into slices and place them on the dough.
- Sift the flour into a bowl, mix with the sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the butter in flakes and mix everything with your hands (or 2 forks) to form sprinkles. Put the crumble on the peaches.
- Bake at 170 ° C (convection, preheated) for about 15-20 minutes.
- For the icing, sieve the powdered sugar and stir it into the lemon juice until it becomes thick and thick.
- Pour this topping over the muffins immediately after baking (with a brush or teaspoon).
