Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 65 g butter
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 250 g quark
  • 1 tablespoon semolina
  • 25 g vanilla puddin powder
  • 75 g whipped cream

For the sprinkles:

  • 75 grams sugar
  • 75 g butter
  • 130 g flour

Instructions

  1. Mix together all the dough ingredients up to and including the vanilla pudding powder. Fold in the whipped cream (can also be spray cream) and pour the dough into the 12-cup muffin tin lined with paper liners.
  2. Prepare sprinkles from sugar, butter and flour and spread them on the dough.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 160 degrees hot air for 30 - 35 minutes.
  4. Makes 12 muffins.
