Peel the bananas and cut them into large pieces. Put the bananas, milk and peanut butter in a bowl and puree. Pour into an ice silicone mold and let freeze overnight or at least 6 hours.
Melt the chocolate together with the coconut oil in a water bath. Pour into a deeper glass. Dip the popsicle about halfway into the chocolate and immediately sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
