Instructions

  1. Wash the lettuce and vegetables and cut into bite-sized pieces. Drain the can of corn and add it. Mix a dressing of vinegar, oil and water to taste and serve with the salad on 4 plates.
  2. Wash the chicken and pat dry, then cut into 2 x 2 cm cubes, season with salt and pepper. Heat a little oil in a pan and brown the meat all around.
  3. When it`s done, add the peanut butter and let it melt on a low flame while stirring. Stir until all the pieces of meat are properly buttered. Pour the meat over the salad and serve.
