Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the soft butter, peanut butter with the two types of sugar until creamy. Add one egg at a time and stir in. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract. Mix the flour, baking soda and salt, add and stir in. Now stir in the chocolate, chopped into not too large pieces.
  3. Using a teaspoon, place well heaped piles on the baking sheet. Make sure that you leave space between the piles.
  4. Bake the biscuits in the oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown in color. That always depends on the size.
  5. Take out, let cool down briefly and then place on a wire rack with a spatula. Let cool down completely and serve. The amount of dough makes about 30 pieces.
