Instructions

  1. Roughly dice the dates and place in a high-performance mixer with 100 g peanuts and the oat flakes. Puree everything until you have a smooth mixture. Shape the fruit and nut mixture into 8 balls. Finely chop the remaining peanuts and turn the balls in them.
  2. Put the energy balls in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes before consuming them.
  3. Shelf life: at least 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
