Cut the meat into thin strips 2 - 3 cm wide. Mix coconut milk and 4 tablespoon soy sauce. Let the meat steep in it for about 30 minutes.
Peel and dice onions and garlic and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir in the peanut cream and 400 ml of water and boil for approx. 5 minutes. Season with lemon juice, sambal oelek, sugar, pepper and 2 tablespoon soy sauce and keep warm.
Dab the meat and pull it in a wave shape on skewers. Fry in 2 tablespoons of oil per side for about 2 minutes. Wash, chop and sprinkle the chilli. Chop nuts. Sprinkle with the sauce and serve.
