Ingredients

  • 750 g pork schnitzel
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 4 tablespoon peanut cream, chunky
  • 400 ml water
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • sugar
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), red
  • 2 tablespoon peanuts
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the meat into thin strips 2 - 3 cm wide. Mix coconut milk and 4 tablespoon soy sauce. Let the meat steep in it for about 30 minutes.
  2. Peel and dice onions and garlic and fry in 2 tablespoons of oil. Stir in the peanut cream and 400 ml of water and boil for approx. 5 minutes. Season with lemon juice, sambal oelek, sugar, pepper and 2 tablespoon soy sauce and keep warm.
  3. Dab the meat and pull it in a wave shape on skewers. Fry in 2 tablespoons of oil per side for about 2 minutes. Wash, chop and sprinkle the chilli. Chop nuts. Sprinkle with the sauce and serve.
