Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan, fry the onion and tomato cubes in it. Stir in flour, sweat briefly, then slowly add the chicken broth while stirring, bring to the boil. Add peanuts and milk and simmer gently for about 15 minutes, season to taste.
