Instructions

  1. Cut the pears into narrow wedges and remove the core. Drizzle with a little lemon juice. Arrange the rocket and pear wedges on plates, pluck the cheese into pieces and pour over with the walnuts.
  2. Make a vinaigrette from the oil, vinegar, honey, and salt and pepper and heat gently. Pour over the salad.
