Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the pears and remove the core. Roughly dice the pears and finely puree them with the milk and clove powder.
  2. Put an ice ball in each of two glasses, pour the chocolate syrup over them and fill up with the pear milk. Decorate with the chocolate chips and mint leaves.
