Ingredients
- 150 g pear (s), soft
- 1 pinch (s) clove powder
- 300 ml milk
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 60 ml syrup (chocolate syrup)
To garnish:
- Chocolate chips
- leaves Mint

- Wash and peel the pears and remove the core. Roughly dice the pears and finely puree them with the milk and clove powder.
- Put an ice ball in each of two glasses, pour the chocolate syrup over them and fill up with the pear milk. Decorate with the chocolate chips and mint leaves.
