Mix oat flakes and finely chopped hazelnuts and mix with a little honey (preferably a little liquid) and lightly roast in a pan until the desired degree of browning is achieved (be careful, the honey burns quickly!). In the meantime, season the natural yogurt with the juice of half a lime, a little honey and cinnamon. Cut the pear into small pieces. Put everything in layers in a bowl and finally sprinkle a small piece of chopped chocolate over it.
A tasty and quick breakfast, but also ideal as a snack.
