Preheat the oven to 225 °.
Grease a flat gratin dish with butter. Peel the pears, remove the core, dice and place in the form. Whisk the sour cream, egg and sugar well and pour over the pear pieces. Bake for 20 minutes.
Variations:
Papaya, rhubarb, apples.
