Instructions

  1. Peel, core and quarter the pears and add to the lemon or vinegar water until further processing. This way they won`t turn brown.
  2. Then cut the pears into pieces.
  3. Take the pears out of the water and put them in a saucepan with the other ingredients and cook until soft. You can take more than 200 g sugar, depending on your taste.
  4. When the pears are soft, use the hand blender or the brisk Lotte to make puree.
  5. I prefer to use the hand blender, so the food stays in the pot and is boiling hot for filling.
  6. Pour boiling hot into well-cleaned twist-off glasses and close.
  7. The lids should be boiled for at least 5 minutes beforehand.
  8. Possibly turn the glasses upside down 5 minutes after filling.
