Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the pears. Cut the untreated lemon into small pieces. Put in a saucepan. Add the cloves and boil down for 10 minutes. Chop the walnuts and add them with the preserving sugar. Let cook for another 10 minutes. At the end of the cooking time, add 4 cl rum.
  2. Pour hot jam into prepared jars and seal.
