Wash, clean and chop the pears and figs. Wash the rocket, spin dry well and chop up as desired. Finely dice the sheep`s cheese or crumble it with your hands.
Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat.
Mix a dressing from olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey and season with salt and pepper.
Put everything in a large bowl and fold in carefully. Serve with freshly grated parmesan.
