- 100 g rocket
- 2 packs sheep`s cheese
- 4 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 4 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons honey, liquid
- salt and pepper
- Parmesan

- Wash, clean and chop the pears and figs. Wash the rocket, spin dry well and chop up as desired. Finely dice the sheep`s cheese or crumble it with your hands.
- Toast the sesame seeds in a pan without fat.
- Mix a dressing from olive oil, balsamic vinegar and honey and season with salt and pepper.
- Put everything in a large bowl and fold in carefully. Serve with freshly grated parmesan.
