Instructions

  1. Quarter the pear and remove the stone if you like. Mix all ingredients and process into a homogeneous mass in the mixer.
  2. If the tea is still very warm, the drink is given a pleasant start-to-morning temperature.
  3. I left out the flaxseed for my children. It becomes even healthier if you replace the juice with more tea.
