Instructions

  1. Cook the rice in salted water as usual. I always do this in the microwave. Meanwhile, clean and chop the bell pepper and onion and mix with the warm rice, peanuts and raisins.
  2. Chop the garlic cloves and mix with the sunflower oil, soy sauce and lemon juice and then pour over the warm rice salad.
  3. Tips: The salad is really tasty if you let it steep overnight. Then the bell pepper should only be added before serving. The calorie conscious only use half of the oil.
