Instructions

  1. Peel the pears, cut into small pieces, add to the wine with the finely chopped plums and cinnamon, bring to the boil and simmer for about 15 minutes on a low flame, sweeten to taste, puree with a blender, divide into dessert bowls.
  2. Cut or grate the marzipan and briefly warm it up in the micro so that it is easy to stir.
  3. Beat the whipped cream until stiff. Mix the curd cheese well with the marzipan, then mix with the whipped cream, pour onto the fruit pulp and add 1 tablespoon each. Spread the egg liqueur on top.
