  1. Peel and halve the pears and remove the core. Put in a saucepan, cover with white wine, add sugar, a little cinnamon and a clove and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the pears and let them cool.
  2. Mix the Gorgonzola with the mascarpone well and fill the pear halves with it.
