- 200 g mascarpone
- 4 tablespoon sugar
- cinnamon
- 1 clove (s)
- 400 ml white wine

- Peel and halve the pears and remove the core. Put in a saucepan, cover with white wine, add sugar, a little cinnamon and a clove and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the pears and let them cool.
- Mix the Gorgonzola with the mascarpone well and fill the pear halves with it.
