Instructions

  1. Drain the pears. 1/8 l pear juice with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Brush the pears with it and let cool down briefly.
  2. Bring the cream, honey and vanilla sugar to the boil. Add the chocolate in small pieces and dissolve while stirring constantly.
  3. Arrange the pears on small plates, cover with the hot sauce and sprinkle with pistachios.
  4. Tip: You can also use ready-made chocolate sauce!
