- Drain the pears. 1/8 l pear juice with lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon. Brush the pears with it and let cool down briefly.
- Bring the cream, honey and vanilla sugar to the boil. Add the chocolate in small pieces and dissolve while stirring constantly.
- Arrange the pears on small plates, cover with the hot sauce and sprinkle with pistachios.
- Tip: You can also use ready-made chocolate sauce!
