Instructions

  1. Clean the leek, halve lengthways and cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat the olive oil vigorously in the pan & sauté the leek.
  3. Add the peas and cook to taste - we prefer when they are still crisp.
  4. Season with salt and sugar - done!
