- 300 g leek
- 300 g peas, frozen
- salt
- sugar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Clean the leek, halve lengthways and cut into small pieces.
- Heat the olive oil vigorously in the pan & sauté the leek.
- Add the peas and cook to taste - we prefer when they are still crisp.
- Season with salt and sugar - done!
