Instructions

  1. Finely dice the onion, peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm cubes. Steam both in oil until the onions are translucent. Pour in the cream and cook covered for 10 minutes over a mild heat. Add the peas and cook for another 10 minutes. Puree and season with salt and pepper.
