Wash the chops and pat dry. Salt and pepper a little, fry briefly on both sides in fat and place in a preheated bowl.
Add a little more fat to the pan. Roast the bacon and onion in it, add the smooth flour and paprika powder. Pour on with a little water. Add the soup cubes, ketchup and the diced peppers and bring to the boil briefly. Put the cutlets in this sauce and cook on a low heat for about 1/2 hour.
