Ingredients

  • 4 pork chop (s)
  • 2 small onions
  • 100 g bacon
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon flour, smooth
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 green pepper (s), diced
  • 1 red pepper (s), diced
  • some water
  • 1 cube soup
  • salt and pepper
  • fat

Instructions

  1. Wash the chops and pat dry. Salt and pepper a little, fry briefly on both sides in fat and place in a preheated bowl.
  2. Add a little more fat to the pan. Roast the bacon and onion in it, add the smooth flour and paprika powder. Pour on with a little water. Add the soup cubes, ketchup and the diced peppers and bring to the boil briefly. Put the cutlets in this sauce and cook on a low heat for about 1/2 hour.
  3. Potatoes or rice go well with it.
