Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles al dente. Peel and peel the onions and garlic clove and cut into small cubes and the spring onions into small rings. Also cut the Parma ham into small cubes.
  2. Cook the asparagus al dente and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm long.
  3. Heat the oil and butter in a deep pan. Fry the onions and garlic until they are nice and translucent. Then put the ham cubes in the pan and fry a little too.
  4. Deglaze the onion and ham mixture with cream, add the mascarpone and bring to the boil, stirring, until it has dissolved.
  5. Just before serving, fold in the asparagus. Season with salt, pepper and possibly chilli salt and mix with the pasta.
