Chop the onions and parsley into small pieces, sweat them in olive oil and then add the thawed or fresh shrimp, after 2-3 in, pour 1 cup of cream and bring to the boil. season with salt and pepper.
Stir in saffron to taste and budget, and bring to the boil again. Thicken the whole sauce a little with a flour dough.
Cook the penne in salted water and a dash of olive oil all dente. Pour off the water and arrange the pasta in a large saucepan with the sauce, a little parmesan on the table and you`re done.
Small tips: Use some instant meat stock to season or add a fish stock to the boiled cream.
A lobster or similar sized sea creature is good for serving
