Instructions

  1. Fry the onions and garlic in butter until translucent, sprinkle with a little flour, roast briefly, pour in water, add a mug of cream and the saffron, stir vigorously so that no lumps appear, bring to the boil briefly. Add the shrimp, bring to the boil again and let it steep a little. Then season with salt, pepper and vegetable stock and add the herbs.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente and serve mixed with the sauce.
  3. A green salad goes best with it.
