Cut the turkey breast fillet into strips and the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Cut the spring onion into rings, preparing the dark and light parts separately.
Heat the fat in the pan and fry the meat strips well, then add the white parts of the spring onions and the peppers and season everything with salt, pepper and paprika, sprinkle with dried oregano.
Now add the ketchup, water (tip: I always use the leftovers from the ketchup bottles) and add the cream. Cook everything in about 5 minutes. Just before serving, mix in the dark parts of the spring onion.
With a baguette, you can soak up the liquid with it.
