Cut the unpeeled potatoes into 1/2 cm thick slices. Brush the potato slices with olive oil on both sides. Mix the spices well in a small bowl and sprinkle the potato slices with them on both sides.
Cook the seasoned potatoes for 3-4 minutes in the kitchen grill or on the charcoal grill. Then turn and grill the second side for 3-4 minutes as well.
These grilled potato slices are tasty and require significantly less labor and fat than french fries.
But be careful - they are nice and spicy.
If you can`t get red potatoes, normal mostly waxy or waxy potatoes are also suitable.
